Marketing Coordinator

Angels There For You Home and Healthcare Services Inc. – Richmond, BC

We are currently looking for a talented and dynamic Marketing Coordinator to help us plan and deliver Marketing Strategies for the local home and health care market. This position will be responsible for leading the conception, development and implementation of marketing initiatives, campaigns, and promotional programs to drive business locally and reinforce brand values. He/she will drive seamless cross-functional alignment of brand, services, presentation, media, and community initiatives and programs, ensuring they are delivered on-time and on-budget. You will be both a brand ambassador and the voice of the customer building customer relationships and driving our staffs marketing effort and performance.

Areas of Responsibility:

Marketing Coordinator

You are willing to lead our small team in the daily attitude of serving our existing and potential clientele. Encouraging and finding creative avenues to share our brand in the local market. This includes:


Print and Online Media

Print Design and Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)

Content creation for web publication

Advertising in newspap


Press Releases

Hootsuite Certification: Managing Facebook, twitter and other platforms.

Knowledge of Google Ad campaigns and Google Analytics



Deliver brochures, newsletters in both communities to

Health related places, medical clinics, doctors, pharmacies, etc



Coordinating opportunities to do Presentations about our services

Searching for places to do presentations and setting them in every community

Displaying posters in every community center and other places


Minimum Qualifications (or equivalent combination of education and experience)

Diploma in marketing, advertising, communications or a related area with two years’ professional experience in a marketing-related position or non-profit field required.

Desirable Qualifications

Proficiency using Adobe Creative Suite. Familiarity with social media platforms and trends. Knowledge of marketing principles including research, publicity, promotions, media, and materials productions. Effective organizational, administrative, written and verbal communications skills. Comfort with and demonstrated commitment to multicultural competence and to fostering and encouraging a collaborative environment is required. Experience working within healthcare field and secondary languages are desirable.


Job Type: Full-time   Salary: Negotiable based on experience.
